It was a perfect 24°C in Menlyn. We checked into our Menlyn Air B&B, and were off to the lifestyle Menlyn Maine Shopping Centre, a new mall in Pretoria, close to the Menlyn Mall in Atterbury Drive. Popular restaurants at include Old Town Italy Menlyn Maine, Mythos Greek Restaurant, and Tashas.
We killed two birds with one stone, with the Time Square Casino just across the road.
Menlyn is key to Wooden Furniture in Pretoria. To truly paint a picture about Wooden Furniture in Menlyn, we also explored the sidewalk cafés, museums, city parks, and off the beaten attractions to capture the sites, sounds, and colors of Menlyn.We then made a hop skip and a jump to the Pretoria Zoo, which is one of the eight largest zoos in the world, and most highly rated as the National Zoo of South Africa.
On our way back to the hotel, we stooped at Barcelos for ½ Chicken, 2 Large Sides, and 2 Portuguese Rolls. With only her long nightshirt, Anisha pushed her pencil to finish the chapters about Menlyn.
The week was still young, and we were excited to blog about the Centurion Mall, Pretoria Botanical Garden, Montecasino, Gold Reef City and the Ditsong Museum.
